Quick Reference Guide – Verification Services

Entering Customer Data

1. After logging into the Verification Services application, the main screen displays and allows you to review or enter customer information, which is used to generate the various Verification Services reports. The main screen automatically defaults to the Primary customer's information, which pre-fills the following fields.

   

2. If this is a new customer, these fields will be blank. You may therefore manually enter any necessary data in the fields provided.

   NOTE: All required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). The required fields will vary according to the requirements assigned for each financial institution. The following fields MUST be completed for all financial institutions: First name, Middle name, Last Name, Street, City, State and ZIP.

3. If you wish to include data from the customer's previous address, click the Previous Address History button at the bottom of the screen.
4. To start over (or erase the existing data), click the Clear Signer button at the bottom of the screen
5. The next step is to choose a Transaction Type (either New Account Check, QualiFile, ID Verification, etc.). Use the drop-down menu provided at the top of the screen.

   

6. If you select the QualiFile choice, you may also choose a Strategy from the drop-down menu provided.
7. Select an Order Destination (Training or Production) from the drop down list.
8. If other signers exist on the account, click the hyperlinks at the top of the screen (Signer 2, Signer 3, etc.) to double-check and/or enter customer data.
9. If data exists (or you wish to enter data) for a Business customer, click the Business tab at the top of the screen.

   

10. The final step is to click the Submit hyperlink, which will generate a number of Verification Services reports.
